Dr. Michael J. Crovetti Jr.
Founder, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Crovetti practices orthopedic surgery in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the owner of The Bone and Joint Institute of Southern Nevada, and has experience in start-up and new business development. Dr. Crovetti attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Ohio University in Dayton, Ohio and was fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Crovetti is also a consultant for an orthopedic device company and speaks nationally for both pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies.

Robert Whitson
Creative Director
Robert brings over ten years of animation and graphic design experience to iPED Solutions. Since highschool, Robert has attended speciality schools in media arts and animation such as Mesmer Animation Labs and The Art Institute of Las Vegas. Robert previously worked for MGM/Mirage resorts programming and desiging readerboard content on the Las Vegas strip and designed in house graphics and presentations for the company. Robert came to iPED two years ago and now heads up the multimedia department along with designing, programming and implementing the iPED (interactive patient education disk). Robert also oversees all product production and timelines.

Jon Marcella
Lead Artist
Jon Marcella is a graphic artist from Las Vegas Nevada . He attended high school at the Advanced Technologies Academy of Las Vegas, majoring in graphic design. He plans to graduate this year from the Art Institute of Las Vegas where he is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Game Art and Design. Jon divides his free time among drawing, reading and attending concerts.
